The staff was excellent, offered wake up service and ironing free of charge. The room was beautifully maintained and included coffee/tea makers and glassware. The breakfast was plentiful, with a wide array of goodies. The location was stunning for traveling around Amboise, near to castles in the Loire Valley and Amboise and good restaurant and the Leonardo da Vinci attractions. It also was to Amboise center.

The chateau's location on the banks of the Loire is peaceful and picturesque. The rooms are comfortable and the wine list is impressive, with perfect pairings for the inventive and elegant cooking. Spent my New Year at a castle in Loire Region and had a great experience! The complimentary champagne and chocolates in the room were a lovely surprise. The castle was conveniently located close to the main attractions in the area. The warm swimming pool was great for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

The Wi-Fi in the room was sometimes unreliable, which was a bit frustrating. Also, the breakfast was a bit overpriced for the limited options available.
